As the Senior Executive at Ziraa Coir Blocks Pvt. Ltd., I am responsible for strengthening and sustaining long-term partnerships with our global clients. My role extends beyond sales coordination — I oversee the entire client journey, from the initial inquiry through production planning, quality assurance, logistics coordination, and final shipment delivery.

I work closely with our production, quality control, logistics, and documentation teams to ensure that every order — whether domestic supply or large-scale export — is executed with precision, efficiency, and strict adherence to international quality standards. Timely delivery, transparent communication, and consistent product performance are core principles of our operational process.

Understanding that each market has unique requirements, I personally engage with clients to assess their specifications for coco peat blocks, coir fiber, husk chips, and grow bags. Based on their technical and commercial requirements, we customize our supply structure, packaging, and export documentation to ensure seamless integration into their supply chain.
