Raw Coconut Husk Collection
At Ziraa Coir Blocks Private Limited, our production process begins with the careful sourcing of mature coconut husks from reliable supply networks. Raw materials are selected with attention to quality and processing suitability, creating a dependable foundation for consistent coir peat production.
Coir Pith Collection
The coconut husks are mechanically processed to separate valuable coir fibre from the fine coir pith. The recovered coir pith is carefully collected and prepared as the primary raw material for our compressed coco peat blocks, with close attention to consistency and cleanliness.

Drying & Moisture Control
The processed coir pith is evenly spread and naturally dried to reduce excess moisture and prepare the material for compression. Moisture conditions are carefully monitored to support uniform block formation, stable weight, efficient compression, and reliable product performance.

Hydraulic Compression & 5kg Block Formation
Prepared coir pith is compressed using hydraulic machinery to produce dense, uniform 5kg coco peat blocks. Our process focuses on consistent block weight, dimensions, density, and compression, supporting efficient storage, container loading, and international transportation.

Moisture Content Testing
Moisture content is checked using digital testing equipment as part of our quality control process. Maintaining appropriate moisture levels helps support consistent block weight, stable compression, storage performance, and dependable product quality across production batches.
Electrical Conductivity (EC) Testing
Electrical Conductivity testing is carried out to monitor the concentration of soluble salts in the coir peat. This important quality check helps us evaluate product characteristics and verify consistency according to the specified requirements of each product grade and buyer.

Rehydration Testing
Selected coir peat samples are rehydrated with water to evaluate how effectively the compressed material recovers its natural structure. This process helps assess uniform hydration and the overall performance of the growing medium after water application.
Expansion Volume Testing
Rehydrated coir peat samples are evaluated to measure their expansion capacity and volume recovery. This important quality check helps verify that the compressed material expands consistently and meets the expected performance requirements for professional growing applications.

Finished Block Storage
Following production and quality inspection, finished coco peat blocks are stored in a designated area before packaging and dispatch. Proper handling and storage help preserve block integrity, reduce unnecessary moisture exposure, and maintain product condition prior to shipment.
Protective Packaging & Buyer Customization
Finished blocks are prepared with protective packaging to support cleaner handling and reduce exposure to external moisture and contamination during storage and transportation. Packaging configurations and private-label options can also be arranged according to buyer and market requirements.

Container Loading for Global Export
Export-ready coco peat blocks are systematically arranged and loaded into shipping containers with attention to space utilization, quantity control, packing configuration, and shipment security. At Ziraa Coir Blocks Private Limited, every export consignment is prepared to support reliable delivery to international buyers and growing media markets.
